How to Check in

Passengers flying with Bangkok Airways are able to check-in in a variety of ways. Online and mobile check-in is available 24 hours before flight departure times and up to one hour before on some flights. All international flights require passengers to arrive at a Bangkok Airways check-in kiosk no later than 90 minutes before your scheduled departure time in order to receive a boarding pass. When utilizing the web check-in service, passengers are also able to select their seats.

Baggage Allowances and Fees

All passengers flying with Bangkok Airways are entitled to check-in baggage which varies according to your flight class and frequent flyer membership. Those flying in Economy are permitted one item of check-in baggage not exceeding 20kg, while Business Class and Blue Ribbon members are entitled to up to 30kg. Any baggage overweight is charged at a price per kilo, the rate of which varies according to your flight. For all domestic flights, excess baggage is set at a fixed rate of around 8.50AED* per kilo, while international flight rates vary.

Bangkok Airways has an Economy Class in addition to a Premium Class and Business Class offering premium seating and many additional perks. As well as an Economy Class offering a 31 inch seat pitch, Business Class passengers can enjoy a generous seat pitch of 47 inch to fly in comfort. All passengers flying in Premium Class are seated in two-row seats and can select in-flight meals from a special menu.
