Why Fly with Mango

How to Check in

Passengers traveling with Mango are able to check-in online or do things the conventional way at the airport. If choosing to check-in online, passengers are able to do so from 24 hours up to 2 hours before scheduled departure times, while a mobile check-in tool is also available for the same period of time. Many Mango flights enable passengers to check-in at a self-service counter in order to skip the queues. Self-service counters are open from 12 hours up to 40 minutes before departure times. If all else fails, travelers are easily able to check-in the old fashioned way at a designated Mango check-in counter at your chosen airport. The airline advise passengers to arrive at the check-in counter at least 2 hours before your flight and they close 40 minutes before.

Baggage Allowances and Fees

All passengers flying with Mango are entitled to bring checked baggage as part of the fare, but your allowance will depend on your flight class. Mango flights are single-class and offer passengers comfortable seating in three-seat rows. All travelers have the choice to select a preferred seat during the booking process for an additional fee. During flights passengers can enjoy food and drink from the Mango Menu which is regularly updated. Food and beverages are not included in the ticket price so passengers will need to purchase anything you need. However, Mango Plus passengers will receive a voucher which is redeemable for food and beverages on board.
