Mexicana

Mexicana was one of the world’s oldest airlines initially founded in 1921 before ceasing operating in 2010, although technically the airline is still in operation in the present day. With their primary hub at Benito Juarez International Airport, Mexicana flew to around 80 destinations and had secondary bases at Guadalajara International Airport and Cancun International Airport. The airline originally became a member of Star Alliance before joining Oneworld in 2009 and also operated its own subsidiary airlinea, Mexicana Click and Mexicana Link. At its height Mexicana and its subsidiaries were carrying over 11 million passengers every year with a large fleet of 110 aircraft.
