Malaga Airport, known in full as Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport, is the primary gateway for travelers flying in to the famous Costa del Sol region. The airport ranks as the fourth busiest in Spain, handling over 14 million passengers every year and serves both domestic and international routes.

Terminals at Malaga Airport

Malaga Airport is comprised of three passenger terminals located next to each other, although Terminal 1 is currently not being used at all. Terminal 2 was first opened in 1991, while the newest terminal is Terminal 3 which was inaugurated in 2010. The terminals are all interconnected to one another so transferring between flights is quick and easy.
