Karachi Airport, also known as Jinnah International Airport, is the largest airport in Pakistan, serving the city of Karachi. The airport is comprised of one main terminal split into two concourses and handles over 6 million passengers each year. Karachi Airport is a hub for a number of prominent airlines in the region, including Pakistan International Airlines and Shaheen Air.

Terminals at Karachi Airport

Karachi Airport is a single-terminal building divided into two concourses - Jinnah East and Jinnah West. The Jinnah East Satellite Concourse is the base of international operations, while Jinnah West Satellite Concourse is for domestic flights. If you need to transfer between domestic and international flights, getting between the two sections of the terminal is possible on foot as they are housed within the same terminal building.

Passengers unfamiliar with the Karachi area will find that hopping in a taxi is the best way to get around, although there are many public buses available if you are on a budget. Taxis can be found at all hours of the day to help you get to your destination. It is advisable to visit a taxi counter inside the airport in order to arrange your journey and to agree upon a fee before traveling.
