Why You Should Visit Hannover
Hannover underwent significant rebuilding work after World War II which gives it a distinctly modern feel, while the cityscape is also celebrated for its many beautiful parks and green spaces. One of the most vibrant areas of the city is Kropcke where you’ll find many of the finest shops in the city as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. There are still a few classical works of architecture like the stunning City Hall and the neo-Gothic Castle Marienburg so sightseers won’t be disappointed, while there is also plenty of things to do for all the family such as a visit to Hannover Zoo. The city has a very active arts and culture scene with many world-class institutions such as the Kestnergesellschaft center and the Historic Museum well worth a visit.
