You will need to apply for a visa if you are traveling to China as a UAE national, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time before your journey. In Xiamen the climate is hot during the summer with average highs exceeding 30 degrees between June and September, while there is a period of increased rainfall from March until June. Don’t forget to put your clocks forward four hours once you have landed to get on local time.
