This was the first town we stopped at, and it was just so lovely and picturesque. It was warm and people were just sitting out on the rocks enjoying the beautiful day and the beautiful scenery.

Exceedingly small town in cinque terre. Most people end up here after walking the "walk of love"

We didn't do much in Manarola except look at it's beauty. Once you've been to a restaurant in any of the villages, you've been to them all. Same with the markets and shops, minus a few. But the views are spectacular, and the village is so colorful and picturesque. The hikes to the best views in Manarola are very accessible, and you can easily see where to go once you get off the train. Taking the train among these villages is so easy, and is no more than a 5 minute trip between each village.
