Where to stay in Los Angeles
A city that needs several visits to be truly discovered, Los Angeles – the City of Angels – is an essential stopping off point during any journey to the west coast of the USA.
The glittering boutiques of Rodeo Drive, the stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the world-famous Hollywood sign and Beverly Hills are known to most people even before setting foot in the city itself. Tours of Beverly Hills and the chance to peer over the hedges of the rich and famous are as popular as ever, while thousands of tourists regularly check out the handprints and signatures of the world’s biggest stars outside the Chinese Theater.
Away from Hollywood sites, visitors can explore the downtown city itself and visit the Staples Center – home of the LA Lakers and LA Clippers – or take the time to breathe in the sea air on the coast at the lively and colorful Venice Beach, which is a great place to spend a day with quirky artists, street vendors and musicians who lend the place a warm bohemian atmosphere.
Add in the collections at the LA County Museum of Art and the stunning views of the city from Griffith Park and it’s easy to see why Los Angeles continues to appeal to international travelers attracted by the city’s unique stardust.
Los Angeles itself enjoys one of the USA’s finest best public transport networks, including subways, light-rail, buses and shuttles to nearly every corner of the Greater Los Angeles area. Tourists who plan to explore more of California often rent a car in Los Angeles.

Weather is great not too hot and not too cold and lots and lots to do. Traffic in LA sucks and San Diego nightlife is awesome!
Great time for those looking to explore the tourist side of Los Angeles, the laid back chill of Santa Monica or the glam of Beverly Hills.
Howlin is the best chicken you will ever have hands down. Yes the line does suck but....deal with it. The chicken goes from no spice to kill you levels! Seriously the sandwich is life changing
The City is awesome and the people are very open to talking with you. It has also many opportunities to go shopping or just sit in a cafe and relax. Finding some restaurants to eat is also not that difficult and at nearly every corner is a Starbucks!!
