Where to stay in Miami
One of the world’s most popular holiday destinations, Florida is the US ‘Sunshine State’ that is not only the theme park capital of the world but is also rich in wildlife, dramatic coastlines and incredible nightlife.
Located on the south east coast of the state peninsula, Miami enjoys a pleasant year-round climate and is a popular destination not only for foreign visitors but also for Americans from across the country. As well as the warm year-round temperature, visitors are attracted by the golden beaches of Greater Miami as well as the nearby Everglades National Park where visitors can discover the amazing wildlife and indulge in an exciting airboat ride through one of the world’s most unique ecosystems.
The legendary Miami Beach is famed for its Art Deco buildings, its endless shopping opportunities particularly in Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue and unusual neighborhoods like Coconut Grove and Little Havana.
While many tourists will opt to rent a car to explore Miami and further afield, it is also easy to get around the city using the highly-efficient public transport system. Not only does Miami have buses and trains, there is also a completely free metro system running through downtown.

I went to Miami with my family 7 years ago, we stayed in a hotel near the beach so we could spend time together on the beach. Also, I strongly recommend renting a car because everything it is not thought to be traveled by walking. We didn’t enjoyed way too much the nightlife because we had two children with us but if you like partying, Miami is DEFINITELY for you!
SoBe was amazing! People, the vibe, the food... I'm planning to come back soon!
Miami has history, class and culture. You will find a plethora of hotels, cafés and beaches. South beach is very touristy, but nonetheless it has everything.
If you want to be close to the action but not pay outrageous prices, stay in Little Havana or Wynwood. Calle Ocho is a must, as well as Yambo's Restaurant, and eating a Guava Pastale (Vicky's is recommended, but anywhere will do you right.)The hidden club inside of Bacon Bitch and Coyo Taco are going to be the place to be and with no cover charge.
