The airport is located around 40km (25 miles) from central Shanghai and is linked to the city by the Maglev fast train network, allowing you to journey to and from the airport in as little as 7 minutes. While you wait for your flight you can browse through a large selection of shops at the airport with everything from duty-free shopping to retail and fashion brands available. You can also find many different places to eat and drink whether it’s a hot meal or a quick snack you’re after.
