Dubai International Airport is one of the busiest airports in the world and is located just 5 km from the center of Dubai. The airport consists of three passenger terminals, with Air India flights based out of Terminal 1. When you have landed at the airport there are several ways to reach your destination including public transport as the airport is directly connected to the Dubai Metro and local bus routes. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and there are many international car rental companies on site if you want to explore the country by car. Goa International Airport, also known as Dabolim Airport, is located around 30 km from Panjim and is the busiest airport serving the province of Goa, India. The airport offers everything you would need for a pleasant experience including a few eateries and cafés as well as duty-free shopping. There are also several gift stores where you can pick up some keepsakes before flying out. There are local buses running to the airport if you are on a tight budget and don’t want to pay for a private taxi. The airport is housed within a single terminal complex which is split into a domestic section and an international section. Free Wi-Fi is also provided at the airport for up to 30 minutes at a time.
