Allama Iqbal International Airport is the second busiest airport in Pakistan made up of one main passenger terminal as well as a second terminal for Hajj flights. The main terminal building has been earmarked for a significant expansion project in the near future which will triple its annual passenger capacity and add many more facilities and amenities for travelers. Inside the airport itself you’ll find a decent range of facilities and services to keep you happy. There are a few different places to eat and drink located around the airport, or you can choose to wait for your flights in one of the airport lounges.

When your flight has arrived at the airport there are a few transportation options available to you to help you reach your destination. There are public buses available for those who are on a budget, with services available 24 hours a day running into the center of Lahore. Alternatively, you can find plenty of taxis outside of the airport if you would rather reach your destination directly. Car rental is also available.

Sharjah International Airport is situated around 15 km from the center of Sharjah and around 40 km from Dubai. The airport is housed within a single passenger terminal and offers a varied range of services and amenities to meet the needs of travelers. As well as plenty of places to eat and drink which includes a food court area, you can find duty-free and retail shopping on site as well as free Wi-Fi. If you don’t want to drive your own vehicle or pay for a private taxi, there are shuttle buses running from central Sharjah to the airport. However, if you will be driving yourself you can find plentiful short and long-term parking at the airport.
