1. Get Etihad Flight Status updates

You can get arrival and departure information on Etihad flights (or any other flight) on our Skyscanner flight status boards for the UAE.

The boards show you all the real time arrival and departure information you need if you’re jetting off on vacation or waiting for visiting friends or family. By keeping up to date in real time, you can avoid spending time stuck at an airport waiting for a delayed flight!

If you’re an Etihad frequent flyer – or any other airline for that matter – we suggest you bookmark the Skyscanner flight status boards so they’re always on hand.

2. Etihad flights to/from the UAE

Etihad Airways is the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, and operates out of Abu Dhabi International Airport. It has a fleet of more than 120 aircraft and flies to more than 110 airports around the world. Popular long-haul routes include Abu Dhabi to Bangkok, Tokyo and London. Planning a trip to Tokyo? Check out our guide to the best things to do in Tokyo.

Recent changes to the Etihad Airways schedule include new flights to Barcelona.

Popular short-haul Etihad flight destinations include Muscat, Riyadh, Colombo and many, many more. Read more: Top attractions and things to do in Muscat.

3. Etihad Guest frequent flyer program

It’s always worth signing up for airline loyalty programs, and especially important if you live in the UAE and like to travel. If your company pays for a flight home every year, chances are that’s a lot of points/miles right there!

There are three main ways to earn Etihad Guest miles: flying on an Etihad Airways flight, spending in certain venues and stores, and using an Etihad Guest-affiliated credit card. There are also two types of miles to earn; tier miles, which contribute to your Etihad Guest tier and the higher the tier the more perks such as lounge access you’ll get, and regular miles which can be redeemed against a ticket or upgrade (the latter is usually the best value for money and Etihad First Class is seriously indulgent!).
