Copenhagen Airport, also known as Kastrup Airport, is one of Europe’s busiest airports handling around 29 million passengers every year. The airport is situated just 8km from the center of Copenhagen and operates both domestic and international flights including flights to Dubai.

Copenhagen Airport benefits from extensive transportation links which makes getting to your destination straightforward. The quickest way to get into central Copenhagen from the airport is by rail, either on a mainline train or on the Copenhagen Metro - both options will take no longer than 15 minutes. There is also a public bus terminal located just outside of Terminal 2 which can take you into Copenhagen and the surrounding area.

Alternatively, if you don’t want to use public transportation then taxis are readily available from the airport. However, if you wanted to have your own vehicle during your stay then there are many internationally recognized car rental companies operating at the airport. Extensive short and long term car parking facilities are also available at Copenhagen Airport for vehicle owners.
