Ranchi Airport is set within a single passenger terminal which is relatively new having opened up in 2013. In Ranchi the weather gets rather hot over the summer but not quite as hot as the UAE with average highs in the mid-30s from March until June. There is a rainy season in the region beginning in June and continuing until September, while the rest of the year manages to stay relatively dry. Remember you will need to put your clocks forward by one hour and 30 minutes to get on local time, while prices in the city for most things will tend to be a lot cheaper compared to the UAE.
