The city of Perm is located along the famous Trans-Siberian railway and is home to a number of fascinating attractions with its many museums, cultural events and markets sure to keep you engrossed during your stay. Azur Air and Royal Flight both provide flights out of Dubai International Airport, although be advised that both airlines operate flights on a seasonal charter basis only.

As a UAE national traveling to Russia, you’ll be required to apply for a visa first before making the trip. Perm gets extremely cold during the winter period with freezing temperatures and heavy snowfall on almost a daily basis, while over the summer you can expect average highs in the low 20s between June and August as things heat up. Be advised that you will need Russian rubles to spend in the country, while Perm is just one hour ahead of the UAE.
