For everything just fantastic
We stayed in September 1 week at the hotel and it was just fantastic the rooms the cleanliness the friendliness of the staff. The wellness area there is really quiet. The breakfast as well as snaks at lunch and especially the dinner were excellent we didn't even get something double and you couldn't decide what to eat. It was all really prepared with love. We are happy to repeat this again this year.

Do not recommend!!!
I was with my grandparents, here and find the food great, but the pool is 1. Far too small, by the sauna in the reclining area Was just before the curtain Black mold. And with the bathroom everything is not cleaned disgusting and dirty, it smelled like shit in the bathroom, just disgusting, and I had left Aussersehen the card in the room since had to come here specially a person 0 Service. None at the reception but for the cheerful staff just so 2 stars and such bad wifi extreme! Do not recommend!!!

Charming Hotel
We stayed in Lofer on the recommendation of a relative, the village did not disappointed. The hotel was chosen by googling and we made a great choice. Our room was on the third floor at the back of the hotel with a balcony. Glorious views of the mountains, as it was very warm we could sleep with the door open.
The room was large, plenty of wardrobe space and a spacious and up to date shower room. WiFi was very weak in our room but fine the main areas.
The food was exceptional, breakfast was perfect, great choice and beautifully presented. The drinks were free and a lovely touch. Our evening meal was very good. Service was great. A kettle would be great for tea or coffee on awakening PLEASE!!!
It was under 5 mins walk to the cable cars to take us up to the alpine meadows for endless walks.
It helped we had wall to wall sunshine!
We intended to return and strongly recommend it. We are not persuaded into our opinion by the bottle of wine we were given on our departure!!!

Cosy hotel, delicious food, friendly staff
I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.
The location is great- there is a nice river walk directly behind the hotel and it is a very short walk into Lofer.
The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean. We didn't have a balcony but we did have a gorgeous view out of the window. The wifi reception was also excellent in our room.
The staff in the restaurant and at reception were all lovely and friendly. We arrived just before 8pm on our first day (when the buffet closes), but they still accommodated us and we ate until past the buffet closing time. There was also a slight problem with the door to our room, the man on reception was apologetic and very helpful and it was dealt with straight away. We saw some very demanding (and sometimes rude) guests in the restaurant on a few occasions and I think the staff dealt with them politely and professionally.
We really enjoyed the food, both breakfast and dinner. In the morning there was a good selection of fresh breads, fruit, yoghurts, cereal, cheeses & hams and also cooked breakfast. The evening meals were different every day and there was a good selection. We especially enjoyed the local themed evening. Usually if I stay in an all-inclusive hotel I get bored of the food after a few days, but not here.
My only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have a kettle in the bedroom, but it wasn't a big problem because we could get drinks all day from the restaurant area.
Overall, we loved staying here and we will definitely visit again!

Home from home
A very welcoming port of call. 10 minute walk to the centre of Lofer and it's ski resort. Bus terminal practically on the doorstep. Friendly and helpfull staff, clean bedrooms and sanitary facilities. Beautiful views from the balcony. Food superb, great breakfast and dinner buffet, drinks at the bar till late at night. Nice indoor swimming bath and sauna. Lift available. Great stay, would definitely go back!! A definite thumbs up!!
