Staff wasn’t very helpful or friendly. We were only allowed 1 key and that was very inconvenient since we had 3 adults and we wanted to do separate things.

Ideal hotel for visiting Colonia

This very well located hotel in the center of Cologne, where I almost always stay for its location but this year coinciding with the beginning of the carnivals, the super expensive room with no change of towels without toilet paper is to say quite bad

Basic, but good location

Whenever I go to Cologne is where I stay if I am one or two days because of its location is perfect since it is in the center is a basic hotel, but this year has been very basic because in addition to not changing the towels this year there was also a second roll of toilet paper and also being festive due to 11.11 was very expensive.
