The hotel was fab bar one thing on Friday the fire alarm went off I'm a amputee on a mobility scooter.no way downstairs.nonody came to check. Thank you

Ok for sleeping

For the price that I paid, I can't complain too much. However, the first room I was given hadn't been cleaned (there was still stuff from a previous guest in the bins, the toilet was dirty and the sheets hadn't been changed). When I told them this, I was immediately given a new room, which was clean. Both rooms were very hot, despite the outside temperature being only around 20 degrees, which is why I couldn't sleep the first night. There is a small fan in each room, which didn't help much. You basically have to sleep with an open window, which wasn't an option the first night because of a constant clicking noise coming from the courtyard. Other than that, it is very quiet in the hotel, you cannot hear other guests through the walls.
I stayed for two nights, and on all three days, there were trash bags in the halls.
The rooms have a hair dryer, a fan, a mini fridge, a safe, a kettle and a small coffee station (meaning there were a few packets of instant coffee and tea). No glass cups, only small plastic cups in the bathroom. Hand soap and shampoo/body wash are provided. Good to know: the beds in the single rooms are relatively short. I am 1,68 cm tall, and my feet were hanging over the edge of the mattress when I wasn't laying in bed with my head on the headboard. So keep that in mind.
I booked this hotel specifically because of the location, as I was writing an exam right around the corner. The hotel is very close to the city center and there are many restaurants, grocery stores etc. in close proximity.
The hotel staff was very friendly.
All in all, I would say that this hotel is good enough for sleeping, but not much else.

If you are looking for a hotel where you can do whatever you want, this is the place to be.
Friendly staff. Bad hotel. Not very clean. The rooms are very hot and stuffy. Don't even understand how it gets so hot, even when it is cool outside. So much noise from the party street outside and party people inside the hotel.

Hotel was really cute, up the elevator, outside hallway back inside to the room. Really different. Inside the room was well laid out super clean, room and bathroom. Nice comfortable bed.
We were in a busy area on a bustling street 10 mins from the main station, but the forty floor was quite and the view from our window was the beautiful tree canopy.
Easy check in with a friendly staff. Nothing but positive vibes.

Front desk person tried to charge me while room was prepaid. I spent 15 stressful minutes on my phone with booking site before employee realized she confused me with a different guest with a similar name even though she had my passport. Humans make mistakes, I understand, but she never apologized. A simple “sorry” would have gone a long way.
