The hotel was fab bar one thing on Friday the fire alarm went off I'm a amputee on a mobility scooter.no way downstairs.nonody came to check. Thank you

If you are looking for a hotel where you can do whatever you want, this is the place to be.
Friendly staff. Bad hotel. Not very clean. The rooms are very hot and stuffy. Don't even understand how it gets so hot, even when it is cool outside. So much noise from the party street outside and party people inside the hotel.

Front desk person tried to charge me while room was prepaid. I spent 15 stressful minutes on my phone with booking site before employee realized she confused me with a different guest with a similar name even though she had my passport. Humans make mistakes, I understand, but she never apologized. A simple “sorry” would have gone a long way.

Good enough for sleeping but I don't know if I would book it again

Good enough for sleeping but I don't know if we (husband and I) would book it again. You probably ask yourselves why?
Reasons to book it again:
1. It was cheaper that other hotels in its category
2. Good transport connection a few walking minutes, like 100 meters is the station for like underground Bahn/Straßenbahn.
3. We had a good room to sleep cause it was looking to interior courtyard and it was silent although on the street it was party time on the weekend.
4. Spacy for our stuff for a 5 days stay in Köln
5. Lovely staff: Demet always helped us with our questions.
6. We got new towels when we asked for them.
Negative reasons:
1. Too much spider webs in corners, ceiling and dirty floor -> tipp: we had extra stocks we used as slippers
2. Outside the hotel, we encountered a few creepy looking people. Wouldn't recommend for single ladies.If you know what I mean.

I checked in very late. Great reception staff and hotel is ok for a few days.
