The appartment is fully equipped. Room is small but very comfortable.
The first access with digital codes is difficult, but ones learned it's easy.
Cleaning is super!

I completely understand how frustrating and uncomfortable it must have been to deal with a room that hot. As you may know, there is currently an extreme heatwave sweeping across Europe, which is making temperatures unusually high. I wanted to kindly mention that while the specific room category you booked does not feature air conditioning, we do offer other rooms that are fully equipped with AC to help beat the heat. We will definitely look into making this distinction much clearer during the booking process so our guests can choose the best option for their needs.
I also apologize if you felt our customer service lacked a human touch regarding your refund request. Even though we operate a contactless model, we always strive to treat our guests with empathy and decency, and I'm sorry you didn't feel that during your interactions with us. We will review your case internally with our support team to see how we can improve.
