Excellent. I'll be back!
Excellent location. Nice and quiet surrounding area. Security is good. Close to subway, tram and buses. Many shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
The appartment is fully equipped. Room is small but very comfortable.
The first access with digital codes is difficult, but ones learned it's easy.
Cleaning is super!

Not good, at all
32 celsius inside the room. My dog got sick. Booked a hotel, paid double, at least we got treated like human beings there. Worst customer service. They dont want to refund. DO NOT book this room it is an OVEN. I attached photos. They dont want to refund. Zero huma interaction or decency. Shame on you. No one should rent a room thats BOILING.

I completely understand how frustrating and uncomfortable it must have been to deal with a room that hot. As you may know, there is currently an extreme heatwave sweeping across Europe, which is making temperatures unusually high. I wanted to kindly mention that while the specific room category you booked does not feature air conditioning, we do offer other rooms that are fully equipped with AC to help beat the heat. We will definitely look into making this distinction much clearer during the booking process so our guests can choose the best option for their needs.
I also apologize if you felt our customer service lacked a human touch regarding your refund request. Even though we operate a contactless model, we always strive to treat our guests with empathy and decency, and I'm sorry you didn't feel that during your interactions with us. We will review your case internally with our support team to see how we can improve.

Mixed bag I’m afraid
I will start with the good:
The gym you get free access to is amazing!!
Bob W was in a quiet and safe area, close to cafes and shops and few minutes walk from the U-Bahn
Flat was clean and well appointed. Cooking equipment was top notch.
The food at the breakfast restaurant they partner with was very good
The bad:
The everything being keyless and done through your phone was a disaster. To enter my room I had to try at least a few times before it worked. Until it stopped working altogether! I then had to chat with a bot to see how it was sorted as they had no member of staff at the hotel. It meant going to a locker, which had entry cards for all the hotel rooms. Each card had a code, and you then matched it with the code you were given by the bot. All this was quite frustrating and took considerable time.
The corridors of the hotel stank of cigarette smoke. More the fault of selfless clients, but I do wonder if these behaviours would occur if there was staff members around.
The breakfast restaurant only opened at 09:00, which if you had early meetings is not very convenient.

Digital Locks & Key Access: Keyless entry should simplify your stay, not add stress. We apologize for the hassle of having to troubleshoot through our digital assistant and retrieve a key card from the locker. We have escalated the lock's performance to our maintenance team to prevent recurrence.
Corridor Smoke: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. While our staff conducts regular property sweeps, we enforce heavy non-compliance fees when house rules are broken. We apologize for the discomfort this caused and will be increasing our on-site checks.
Breakfast Partner Hours: We select local partner cafes to offer high-quality authentic dining, but we understand that a 9:00 AM opening time poses challenges for business travelers with early commitments. We are sharing this feedback with our partner to see how early schedules can be better accommodated.

The description is not matching reality in anys sense and Hotels should definitely consider the self evaluation done by the property!

Great in some ways but vulnerable to glitches that might disrupt your stay
Great in some ways but vulnerable to glitches that might disrupt your stay. You need a well charged cell phone with data connection and a hotel where the power and network connection will not be disrupted.
