No luxury but fair price and fantastic location

Riad in fantastic location, just 3 minutes walk from Jemaa el Fna Square. The property is nice and well maintained, the rooms are very small but clean. The staff is welcoming, friendly and always helpful. Breakfast served at the table, good but only sweet. The price is very affordable: it is not a luxury riad, but it offers exactly what you pay for, no surprises.

Glad we found this Riad as it is friendly and welcoming.

We came last year and decided to return. Absolutely no regrets. We were greeted like old friends and, as requested, the ground floor room, Agadir was ready for us.
All was just as we remembered. Each day we hung up our towels and each day we were given new towels. Once again our breakfast was brought down to us, and once again it was very good and varied each day.
This year we booked a private car tour to Ait Ben Haddau through the hotel. This was extremely easy to do and we had an excellent day, travelling over the snow-clad High Atlas mountains. Something we saw advertised nowhere was an hour on an electric tricycle with a young man who took us around the new city. We enjoyed it so much that the helpful young lady booked us a second similar transport for an hour through the old city. We would never have managed what we saw on foot.
This is probably not the most luxurious riad, but it is clean, friendly, good value and ideally located for the main square. We would not hesitate to return.

Extraordinary Riad

Riad simply extraordinary! We stayed there with my daughter and we felt right at home.
Breakfast is delicious (homemade cake, bread, crepes, pancakes, jam, honey, etc.) and dinner in the evening is just as delicious!
The welcome is wonderful, the staff are warm and very attentive.
The room is certainly a little small, but it's enough! Very clean, air conditioning and TV functional.
Finally, the situation is ideal! You are right next to a very lively street which leads to Jemaa El Fna square, a 3-minute walk away (you don't hear any noise from the riad!).
You will therefore find just a stone's throw away: snacks, restaurants, vending machines, meeting place for excursions or taxi (Tazi hotel)
I recommend with my eyes closed!

GOOD LOCATION

The location is ideal, very central, the entrance does not look very good but the riad is very good quality price, I stayed in a room on the ground floor, it was very spacious, the bathroom also although there was no space to support my need, the cleaning is quite good, although the furniture is very old, the mattresses were comfortable,
The only bad thing about this Riad is its breakfast (compared to other Riads I have stayed in) is very scarce, very poor, if you want something else like a French tortilla is for a fee.

Riyadh Allal

The Riyadh looks better in the photographs.
Quite clean, but everything is already shabby and small. Tiny room with a very small bathroom. Hearing is very good, you can hear your neighbor washing.
The location is really good, but that's where the positives end. Breakfast consists of solid baked goods.
