Very clean and fresh accommodation with friendly staff. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Riad Amely, the absolute dream.............
Riad Amely in the heart of the medina, inaccessible by taxi, but 5 minutes from the Bouibat La-Yadi parking through the alleys. The welcome (staff not speaking French) was basic, a form to fill out for the tourist tax, payable in cash. Shared bathroom (not in the description), no services offered (breakfast, welcome with mint tea...). Room facing the alley, noisy in the evening due to young children playing, mattress extremely firm, a LED light on the ceiling for illumination, missing wall sconces, and most seriously, I was electrocuted by the bedside lamp, button broken, questionable cleanliness, terrace significantly reduced behind a tarp for drying laundry, flat-screen TV broken, remote control without battery cover (dangerous for children), questionable bathroom (toilet brush, shower head, no bar for towels), in short, I do not recommend it.....

A week in Riad
Riad with a good price quality ratio, though, could be cared for the maintenance, especially the bathroom.
The internet works very well.
The host was very friendly, helpful and attentive, which all the difference in the stay.
The breakfast was between orange juice, typical tea, omelet, coffee, white milk, bread, typical Moroccan cakes, butter, honey olive oil, small cakes. The cost is 5€ per person or 50 DH.
Finally, the location although it is at the end of the souk markets, and close to the center, is a neighborhood that may present little security, but we do not experience any more dangerous situation. There is a parking lot about 100 meters away, good for those who rent a car or make trips, as it is a good pickup point.

The Riad is very beautiful. Specially I like my room on first floor. They could have manage it more nicely, the dining area also the rooftop. The guy named Saed was very helpful.

This review is intended to provide a transparent view of Riad Amely, particularly for those considering booking based on the photos and descriptions found on sites like Hotels.com. It also addresses the discrepancy between online ratings and the actual guest experience.
Our stay at Riad Amely was a very poor experience that did not live up to the online presentation. Upon arrival, we were shown to a family room that was in a state of disrepair. The room was not clean, the wall plaster was peeling, and the bathroom was in a miserable condition. The toilet was unclean, the shower tray was dirty, the shower head holder was broken, and the sink tap was loose. We immediately raised our concerns, stating that the room looked nothing like the pictures advertised. We were told this was the only family room available and no refund or cancellation would be granted.
After a heated discussion, the staff offered to move us to a smaller room for an additional charge. Since we are a family of four, we could not all fit. Eventually, they agreed to move two single beds into the new room, but this led to new problems.
