Peaceful Riad

We spent 3 nights at Riad Haraka which is a peaceful, pleasant typical riad in the northern part of the Medina. What made it different was Bihi and Ibrahim, who were incredibly kind and nothing was too much trouble. We had a very tasty tagine on our second night, with traditional soup and a creme caramel pudding. I just wish getting a cold beer was a bit easier!!

Amazing experience

Don’t be fooled by the location, this riad is worth a visit. Amedia Z our host/concierge was so hospitable and genuinely kind. He our stay very comfortable, and was willing to go the extra mile. The Riad is very clean, cosy and well maintained. The breakfast was well presented and tasty. Amedia Z knowledge of the surrounding area was well appreciated. I would 100% revisit and recommend this Riad a thousand fold. Lynette and Gilbert

The hospitality here was the best I've ever received. Extremely welcoming, kind, and thoughtful hosts. The room was also very nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. Thank you Ibrahim for your recommendations and arranging my airport taxi as well, you are a treasure!

Unfortunate experience

We arrived at 10 pm and we are told that the type of room we had booked is not available and we are given two options or we slept in another one that was a lot smaller and without the contracted services or that they return our money and we seek our life, we have no choice to stay and the next day we are placed in our room. They gave us a free dinner at the hotel but we are very basic. On the last day we checked out and left our bags at the hotel because the flight was leaving in the afternoon and when I came back to get my bags my partner wanted to go to the bathroom and they charged €2. Unfortunately.

Bonjour cher monsieur.
En effet, l’établissement était complet, nous avons essayé de trouver une solution provisoire jusqu’au lendemain matin, afin de pouvoir vous héberger.
Nous avons toutmis en œuvre pour vous êtes agréable, nous avons offert un repas en nous excusant de la gêne.
À aucun moment nous vous avons demandé 2 euros pour accéder aux toilettes.

Memorable stay

In this small family cocoon, the guests of the Riad welcomed us as if we were family. At the same time, kind, welcoming, smiling, accommodating, we were able to spend a memorable stay in Marrakech thanks in part to them and in particular to Amediaz. The Riad is beautiful, clean, maintained very regularly, it offers very nice services to those who stay there. Thank you all for your warm welcome, we had an exceptional experience!
