Extraordinary!
This was a fantadtic stay! The riad is extraordinary! Beautiful with love to detail. Small and almost "private". In a very nice neighborhood. But what makes it stand out most is the team - so attentive to detail, made our every wish come true. 100% recommendation!

Overpriced and complete absence of advance support
We had a three night stay at the Nayanour, and things weren't promising in the lead up to arriving. The website encourages guests to contact the riad with enquiries about reservations and excursions. All mine went completely unanswered. Except the one asking about additional rooms for friends... Unfortunately, despite a swanky page in English on the website, the manager (who incidentally is NEVER onsite) can't speak a word of it, so just ignores any enquiries in English. When I wrote in French, I had more luck. So be warned.
We booked the "Presidential Suite", and there was nothing Presidential or luxurious about it. It was comfortable, with a private terrace and downstairs sitting area, but the price was similar to a luxury hotel in central London. I suspect that Marrakech is having "a moment" which has emboldened locals to charge prices at which they simply can't deliver the expected level of service. Housekeeping keep it spotlessly clean, but the shower was laughably awful. It was a hand held shower head permanently fixed extremely high on the wall. Consequently, neither the height nor the angle could be adjusted, and the water pressure was a dribble.
Breakfast on the upstairs terrace is really pleasant, but the food is very bread and pastry heavy, and the quality varies from day to day.
The riad is in a central location which allows easy access to most places on foot. The staff on site speak good English and are very helpful, but can't overcome to fundamental issues with the property. There is a multitude of choice for roads. We had friends stay in another very nearby which was much nicer and significantly cheaper. There are better options.

A dream riad in the heart of Marrakech
This riad perfectly represents the true Moroccan tradition, with its extraordinary hospitality, kindness, and authenticity that distinguish it.
A thank you to all the staff for the warm welcome and professionalism. Thanks to them, my stay with my family was simply magnificent.
I highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for a charming and luxurious establishment, where relaxation, tranquility, elegance, and beauty combine perfectly.

Experience and amazing service
We had an absolutely perfect stay at Riad Nayanour, a real nugget in the heart of Marrakech. Upon arrival, we were charmed by the beauty of the place, decorated with great taste, combining Moroccan authenticity, elegance and soothing atmosphere.
Riad is a real cocoon: calm, refined and ideally located to enjoy the city while finding a haven of peace after a day of exploration. Every detail is carefully thought out to make you feel wonderful.
The service was impeccable from start to finish. The whole team is of a rare kindness, always smiling, attentive and available. We were greeted with a human warmth that makes all the difference and makes the stay even more memorable.
Breakfasts were delicious, generous and carefully prepared, a real pleasure every morning. Everything was there for an exceptional experience.
We leave enchanted, with beautiful memories and one desire: to return as soon as possible. A precious address that we will recommend with our eyes closed!

A very nice Riad, quiet, with a staff with little care, we appreciated their kindness and kindness (especially with our son). The breakfasts are a real plus, the rooms spacious and maintained. A real pleasure to have stayed there, a big thank you to the whole team:)
