Disgusting
I posted photos showing the shower that looked like a slaughter house floor.
The whole place is dirty.
Washing hanging on the roof Terrace seating area.
We left immediately and were offered a refund.
The owner did not honour this. He placed on booking.com we were s no show.
Avoid at all costs
Do not stay even free of charge.

Great stay and super location!
I stayed for four nights and the host, Simon, could not have been more helpful. Tea and sweet treats on arrival along with various WhatsApp messages with local recommendations - from banking and restaurants to hammams and monuments - I used some of these and can recommend them also.
Simon also arranged a taxi to and from airport which was very helpful.
Breakfast was good and only €4.
All-in-all, a great experience and I hope to return!

Highly recommended.
About 5-10 minutes from Jama el fna Square.
It is located on a street with many businesses is me clothes as food, souvenirs etc.
Simon is very nice. It has given us information about what to visit and where to eat in Marrakesh.
He has been very attentive with us to everything we needed.
The room was very nice and comfortable.
The Moroccan breakfast they also offer very rich.
Nothing but nice things for the riad.
Super recommended.
