Free upgrade

We had originally booked a Barkada room but because we checked in after 18:00 we were upgraded to their sister property across the road and was given 2 separate rooms. The rooms are very spacious and clean. AC works well and there was a good supply of hot water. The hotel has 4 outdoor pools and an onsite gym and spa. We didn't have meals included within our stay but did request breakfast one morning which was buffet style and offered a reasonable selection. The hotel is relatively far from the centre but there are a few restaurants within walking distance to the hotel and a small supermarket also. The hotel offers a tuk tuk service for a minimal cost. They also assisted us to book island hopping tours and our transfer to the airport. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend others to stay.

Superb Service, Ok value for money

This is a fun and convenient Hotel to stay while in Coron Palawan. Good price for a 5 day stay and the Breakfast buffet was awesome, Staff were all helpful and nice. 2 house guests to watch out for- at the lobby there are several “Balingsasaw “ (birds making birds nest soup) nesting on the lobby ceiling and several stray cats on the pool area.

Great stay! Friendly staff! Quiet location

We stayed a few nights as was on our way to House boats on Coron island.
Room was a good size for the value with a balcony overlooking the pool.
We stayed two weeks in the Philippines and this hotel was very nice, I’d recommend it.
Coron town itself is small, but there’s a great Italian restaurant downtown.

The MO2 Lagoon hotel is a tired hotel that needs to be upgraded. The rooms need new towels and bedding. All the towels we had for the 4 nights we stayed were afraid and very thin with small holes on them. Some days we didn't get 1 towel and never got hand towels or face clothes. The doors into the rooms need a paint job. The pool needs a lot of maintenance done to it.
The breakfast buffet is really bad. Go across the street to the sister hotel 100% better and cheaper. As for the management we where told we could get a hotel van to take us to the ferry terminal for 1000php and when I went to book it they said it was 1500php. The clerk said the lady told me the wrong price. I got an outside van to take us for 800 php. They nickel and dime you for everything. Will never recommend this hotel. Go across the street to there sister hotel cheaper and a
lot better.

Not great, very run down and staff is not that friendly. Our least favorite of resorts. Definitely not great customer service or accommodating
