top spot this
I originially booked to stay here from the 14th to 19th of January 2014 but extended it to the 31st so my wife and I could get married.
My partner and I enjoyed the hotels layout with good sized rooms and a kitchenette. Which helped us to save a few dollars, because we could cook our own meals. ( not that food is expensive in the Philippines )
The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk to a large shopping centre and a 15 minute tricycle ride from the Digos City bus terminal.
At the price we paid the accommodation is basic, clean, the staff welcoming and easy to talk with and always happy to assist you with any queries you might have. Our room had two bedrooms, free wifi, basic toilet and shower facilities, aircon and pay tv.
We would advise bringing some form of insect repellant, as the mosquitos were very friendly at night.
I would most definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers to Digos City who are seeking good quality budget accommodation.

Rude, lazy and dirty
We stayed 20 night in Jared in september 2013 and were clear from the start about the fact that it will not be a luxury hotel. But what have we seen was disgraceful. Positiv: big living room plus 2 bedrooms with aircon. Negativ: no aircon in living room, only an electric fan which was not everytime right working, within 3 weeks our room were never cleaned by the staff (we did it by ourself), bed linen was not changed within three weeks (we bring and changed new one by ourself), despite warnings nothing was done, the two employees were sitting at the bar rather and doing nothing, the daily garbage we have bring ourselves in front of the door or have brought ourself to the dumpster, exchange currency for drinks at the bar was never available and return money had to be requested over a week, electric shocks from the water heater next to the shower, permanently they asked about partial payments of the room rate, myriad of ants on the walls, kitchenette nearly unusable because almost no dishes was available, short circuiting on TV cable ... and so on ... by far the worst hotel that I have ever seen, never again

Nice and comfotable stay
We stayed at these apartments in late November 2012 after leaving our previously arranges accommodation in Digos, the apartment was nice and clean and we liked the fact that we could cook our own food, as and when we wanted to do so, it is very likely that we will use these apartments again, the next time we are in Digos.

die Nacht vor der Mount Apo Tour
Um näher am Ausgangspunkt unserer Mt. Apobesteigung zu sein, wählten wir das Hotel Jared Andre Apartelle in Digos. Wir fanden geräumige Zimmer, mit funktionierender Klimaanlage vor. Der Empfang war freundlich. Wir wurden vom Tourguideand crew früh abgeholt, und das Frühstüch stand um 5.15 Uhr bereit. Bestellung am Voraband empfohlen. Auch konnten wir unser unbenötiges Gepäck sicher im Hotel lagern.
