Excellent staff and hotel

Loved the hospitality and liveliness of the hotel staff.
Especially Prashant and Aarti at front desk, Vinay Mandeep and Vishal at restaurant.
Staff made feel like coming again and made my new year really special.

No breakfast no service

I was a guest of a supplier and he made me stay at this hotel where they do not offer bar / restaurant service, nada de nada.
Clean but cold as an environment, he seems to be in a jail.
It will also be cheap never I would not let even my enemy stay.
I don’t recommend it and if they invite me again the hotel I will find it myself.

Bad experience

Upon arrival we were given two rooms and one of them smelled like a sewer, they changed our room for another that smelled a little less but also smelled bad. The other room also had to be changed because the air conditioning did not work and the room was an oven. The night attendant doesn't know how to do anything, asking for a claim sheet he didn't know where they were or who to call. I'm not advising.

Un bon hôtel de transit

Pratique, à 2 pas de l’autoroute dans une ville peu touristique
Propre, chambre rénovées, personnel sympa qui ne parle pas français ni anglais mais on y arrive quand même.
Quel petit problème un problème d’odeur dans les commun du peu t’être a un problème d’évacuation.
Pas de restaurant il y a ce qui fait à proximité.

Splendido hotel!!

Hotel situato nel pieno centro della zona industriale di Ibi,secondo me da poco ristrutturato..moderno e con tutti i confort di un 4 stelle.
Fornito di un comodo parcheggio.
Personale molto pratico e organizzato,le ragazze della reception molto gentili e preparate,il mio nuovo punto di riferimento ad Alicante!!
