We have been staying at this hotel for several years, mainly because my parents like it.This year, we have been unwell at ease, even disgusted.l.Flies everywhere, I think something could be done to not share food with these insects..Our room was overhauled by my father 2 months ago, on the 1st floor, to, as always, be next to them.It was not possible, we were hit on the ground floor, claiming "everything sold", and behind us a family of 3 members, went straight to the 1st floor.Without terrace and antique air conditioning, overlooking a span to the parking lot and the looks of people who took their cars.When I told the reception man, his treatment was dry and unpleasant.We had to close blinds, dark practically.We paid like the others.We have been there for years, we do not understand why this happened.

Mala gestion

Unfortunate state in the pool locker room. It is not the first time I have come to Valjunco, and on several occasions I find myself in q there is no water or in the showers to access the pool, as in the changing rooms both male and female. You'll do your necessities and you'll find someone else's turd as well as the smells of urine and feces. I repeat it is not the first time that it has happened to me, since in previous visits it has already happened to me and the management of the hotel seems that it still does not take the appropriate measures.

RESIDENTIAL HOTEL

The hotel is located in a residential area, just outside Valencia de D.Juan, the rooms, are spacious and with very comfortable beds, the restaurant could not try it for indisposition but in the cafeteria were very friendly.
We stayed only one night but I think it's a hotel more used as a resort for swimming pools and sports facilities.

SCHEDULED GROUP TRIP

To be a two star hotel is very good.Cleanliness can not be better, excellent waiters, especially, Gemma, Vladimir and Zacarias.The food, we went on a group trip, superior, and if any dish is not to your liking, they look for something you like.By the way, buy Christmas lottery, ends in 86 and will leave here.
