There's nothing missing!
Fabulous hotel! Everything is there there is nothing missing! Snowmobiling at the hotel gates, dogs sledging in a kennel in the village next door, introduction to polar life in the forest a 10 mnts walk away, and once the activities are over you can go to the acquaparc , or bowling! Optional alpine skiing. In a small resort 20 minutes by van transfer for half a day where we were a dozen on the slopes!

Not worth it.
We spent two nights. Service in reception was average at best. Not very welcoming and no smiles to see. Breakfast was as expected since it’s a big family resort. Chaotic and noisy, but the food was ok. Room was decent size, but lacked minifridge. Also the bathroom was very old compared to the room itself. We ate at «Burgers» in the lobby area. This was good, but stay away from the «Taverna» (pizza place) near the hotel. Not good at all. Location on hotel cant be beat and there is a lot to do for familys with kids, but most things comes with a pretty high cost. We tried the inside waterpark since the weather was bad. And this place was too crowded, had to stand in line to wash before bathing and had to buy a lock for the lockerroom. Far too expensive compared to what you get. All in all I would say that this hotel has great potensial and it seems like it has a lot of regular customers, but I did not get any holiday feeling. Place felt more like a factory with the intent of squeezing as much money as possible out of its customers. Not coming back.

Dirty facilities and unsafe playground
The wardrobes at the pool were very dirty. There were hair dots and laughter everywhere, and it seemed as if they weren’t cleaned regularly.
The trash cans were full, and the toilets were not cleaned anywhere on the site.
The playground outside was poorly kept. There were nails stacked in several places, and some were so rotten that one could step through them. This was perceived as a safety risk for the children.
The dining area outside was also disappointing. The tables were dirty and they weren’t cleaned properly between guests. The overall impression was that cleaning and maintenance were inadequate.

Worst stop of the whole holiday
Embarrassing. The toilets in the service building we stood next to smelled and were unfresh.
It was raining the day we were supposed to go and then we had to wade through a puddle of water that you had needed boots for to get to the toilet.
Great sandy beach, but that’s it.

Ugly bathing experience - Adventure bath
These are the most elegant wardrobes I've been around at the water park/swimming halls. Too tight, wet all over, socket on the floor. There are only 6 showers (long line to shower before and after bath. This causes people not to shower before taking a bath. There is a lack of a partition wall at the wardrobe doors, which allows people standing outside the wardrobe doors in the swimming hall to look right into the naked bodies standing in the shower. Was pleased by a man when the door to the wardrobe was opened while standing there waiting for a free shower. The water in the swimming pools looks dirty. The baby pool is located there rubbish/smuler uppi. It is cold in the swimming pools and causes you to swim with goose skin and blue lips. The cafe is dirty and there are food remains on the floor that you step into and that you can take with you into the pool. The entire facility needed a refurbishment and the wardrobe facilities were really unfashionable. Need a new shower after this visit. Cube cast 1.
