Arriving In Kuwait

Kuwait International Airport is located around 15 km from Kuwait City and consists of one main terminal building in addition to a smaller terminal. The easiest way to get to your destination once you have arrived is to flag down a taxi just outside the airport as Kuwait City is only a short drive away although there are numerous car rental companies. Inside the airport you can look forward to plenty of amenities including many cafés and restaurants as well as duty-free shopping to help pass the time.

Kuwait Travel Information

UAE nationals are able to travel to Kuwait on a visa free basis, although you will need to show a valid national ID card. The weather in Kuwait is hot on a similar level to the UAE with average highs of around 47 degrees to be expected at the height of summer. Kuwait City is served by a network of public buses, although you may be better off relying on taxis to make your way around as they are easily found.
