It was interesting to see Oxford and learn about all of its history. I really enjoyed seeing all of the old beautiful buildings and architecture in general. Very nice!

Starting college tours with my oldest son and had to begin the experience here, in Europes second oldest university, established in the 1200's. Beautiful architecture, great pubs, and bluntly, you just feel smarter walking around town :-). Would loved to have gone to school here!

it's a beautiful city yes but there's something missing. for me it doesn't have the charm which Cambridge has in spades

I have always wanted to visit Oxford not just for its gilded chapters in history thanks to the university but for the lifestyle. Oxford is known for its leisurely pace and an aura of wisdom all around. It is such a quaint little city that you'd probably never need a vehicle to navigate its labyrinth of lanes, trust your feet to walk or peddle on a bicycle. Every corner, every street and every tiny by-lane is rich and bathed in history of education, science, politics and technology. Turn around and you'll another structure with pages written about it or just look over your shoulder and some nobel laureate would have lived all their student lives in one of these houses. For dining and leisure lovers you'd be surprised how much this town has to offer.
