Mactan Cebu International Airport is the second busiest airport in the Philippines located around 15 km from Cebu City. The airport is made up of two passenger terminals including a new international terminal which opened up in July 2018. If you are flying to Manila from Cebu you will be based at Terminal 1, the airport’s domestic terminal.
