There are also many places to eat and drink ranging from convenient fast food outlets to world-class restaurants and everything in between. The airport itself consists of three passenger terminals which are easily to travel between. While Terminals 1 and 3 are part of the Dubai Metro network, in order to reach Terminal 2 you will need to use the free shuttle bus operated by the airport. You can use the Dubai Metro to travel into the city or catch a taxi/local bus instead. Alternatively, many visitors to Dubai rent a car to explore the city and also fit in trips to nearby Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Al Maktoum International Airport is the secondary airport serving Dubai and is less than 40 km from the center. The airport has not yet been fully completed but still offers a good range of amenities and services for travelers. When you have arrived you will find metered taxis available to reach your destination, while the airport is also linked to the city center by bus. There aren’t currently any flights from Karachi to Dubai arriving at this airport but this is subject to change in the future.
