The island of Jersey is located just off the coast of northern France and offers many exciting possibilities whether it’s going out and taking in the spectacular natural landscape or exploring the rich local history. Arriving In Jersey

Jersey Airport is situated around 7 km away from the capital Saint Helier in the Channel Islands and is comprised of a single passenger terminal. When you have landed at the airport there are buses available which can take you around the island, although taxis are also there for those who want to get to their destination directly. The airport itself offers a decent range of places to eat and drink including cafés and bars, while you can also do some duty-free shopping during your stay. In addition to this, travelers can connect to the airport’s free Wi-Fi network to get online.

If you are looking to book flights from the UAE to Jersey there are no carriers providing direct flights, so you will have to make a stopover somewhere. Many of the flights handled at the airport are on a seasonal basis, although it does have regular flights from London and Manchester which would enable UAE travelers to make just a single stopover.

In Jersey the weather is relatively mild for most of the year, although temperatures heat up during the summer with average highs of around 20 degrees. Getting around Jersey is possible by bus as the island is served by an extensive network, while there are car rental agencies available at the airport if you want to use your own vehicle during your visit. Jersey maintains the same visa policy as the UK which means UAE nationals are able to apply online for an electronic visa waiver in order to enter the country.
