As a UAE national traveling to Cambodia, you can get a visa upon arrival or apply online for an e- visa which will be valid for up to 30 days. In Phnom Penh the weather is hot all year round with average highs between 31 to 35 degrees so expect plenty of sunshine. However, be advised that there is a lengthy rainy season in the region beginning in June and continuing through until October. Don’t forget that Cambodia is three hours ahead of the UAE so you be sure to change your clocks to local time when you arrive.
