In Luanda it is hot for most of the year with average highs of around 28-30 degrees from November until May, while the weather gets a little bit cooler and rainfall is minimal from June until September. You will need to put your clocks back by three hours when you arrive in Angola to get on local time. The currency utilized in the country is the Angolan kwanza - be advised that it is forbidden to take this currency outside of the country, so be sure to spend everything you have left before you fly back.
