Kenneth Kaunda International Airport is situated around 25 km from Lusaka and ranks as the busiest airport in Zambia. The airport is set within a single passenger terminal and is scheduled to open up a brand-new second terminal in the future. If you are looking to book flights from the UAE to Lusaka it is possible to make the journey directly out of Dubai. Currently Emirates is the only airline providing direct flights on this route, with all flights departing from Dubai International Airport.

In Lusaka the weather is warm across the calendar year, although there is a rainy season which hits the region in December and continues through until March.
