East Midlands Airport is comprised of a single passenger terminal and is situated within close traveling distance to Nottingham, Leicester and Derby. The airport primarily handles budget flights to and from European destinations and offers all of the essential amenities you would expect. The most popular method of public transport at the airport are buses, although there is a nearby train station which is linked to the airport by a shuttle bus and taxis are also easily found.

As the airport mostly handles low-cost flights within Europe, if you are looking to travel from the UAE to East Midlands you will need to make a stopover as there are no direct flights available. Currently the only option available involving just a single stopover is to travel from Dubai to Glasgow before transferring.
