Abeid Amani Karume International Airport is the primary airport in Zanzibar located just 5 km from the city. The airport is made up of two passenger terminals and offers a basic range of facilities and amenities. Once you have arrived at the airport, you can find taxis available just outside of the airport offering a fixed rate into the city center. While you wait for your flight at the airport you can enjoy a meal or a drink in the restaurant or pick up some souvenirs to remember your journey by.
Airport Information - Departing
Dubai International Airport is the UAE’s busiest airport consisting of three passenger terminals. Getting to the airport is possible on the Dubai Metro which runs directly to Terminals 1 and 3, while you can also find public buses or park at the airport with both short and long-term parking available. The airport is known for its world-class range of shops, with everything from the latest designer and luxury goods to duty-free products and travel basics available. You will also be able to choose from a wide array of dining and drinking choices including high-end restaurants and fast food chains.
