When to Visit Cebu
The Cebu weather is hot all year round, although it does experience periods where rainfall is more common. The rainiest time of year falls between July and October, so if you don’t like the rain you may want to visit at another time. Temperatures are at their warmest between April and June and cool down a little bit over the winter between December and February. Many choose to visit Cebu over the winter as the humidity is lower and rain is less frequent. However, there are so many things to do in Cebu all year round that any visit is going to be a memorable one.

The main airport serving Cebu is Mactan-Cebu International Airport, the second busiest in the country situated in Lapu-Lapu City on Mactan Island. The only direct flights from the UAE to Cebu are operated by Emirates from Dubai International Airport. Getting from Mactan-Cebu International Airport into central Cebu City takes between 40-60 minutes and some hotels are known to offer shuttle services of their own.
