Arriving In Leipzig

Leipzig/Halle Airport is situated around 20 km away from the center of Leipzig and is made up of a single passenger terminal. If you would rather not pay for a taxi in order to get into the city from the airport, you can catch a train which takes around 15 minutes. Inside the airport there are plenty of facilities and services open to travelers including restaurants, cafés and eateries, retail and duty-free shopping and additional luxuries such as free Wi-Fi, children’s play areas and even a flight simulator.
