Murcia-San Javier Airport located around 40 km away from the city of Murcia on the south-east coast of Spain. The airport is made up of a single terminal building and primarily handles flights from European destinations on a seasonal basis. The easiest way to get to your destination when you have landed at the airport is to hop in a taxi, with metered taxis available just outside of the airport. Inside the airport itself you’ll find a few cafés and restaurants available as well as a variety of shops including duty-free shopping, while the airport also offers passengers complimentary Wi-Fi.

If you are looking to book flights from the UAE to Murcia it will not be possible to make the journey directly, so you will need to make a stopover somewhere. While many of the flights handled at the airport are on a seasonal basis, there are regular connections to a couple of airports with direct flights from the UAE including Manchester and Frankfurt, so UAE nationals can make the journey with just one stopover.
