The primary airport serving Peru is Jorge Chavez International Airport which is situated just 10 km outside of the capital Lima, while there are a few other airports handling domestic and regional flights if you plan on journeying elsewhere in the country. If you are looking to catch flights from the UAE to Peru, it is not possible to make the journey directly.
