Samui International Airport is the main entry point onto the island of Koh Samui and is located just 2 km from the island’s main city. The airport is set within a single passenger terminal and is known for its remarkable aesthetic beauty. When you have arrived at the airport there are taxis available to reach your destination directly, or you can arrange for a shared ride minibus if you are on a tight budget. Alternatively you could consider renting a car on Koh Samui if you want to explore the island at your leisure. Inside the airport itself you will find a decent array of amenities and facilities, many of which are located in the Samui Park Avenue area. There are a few restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy a quick bite to eat, while the airport also offers duty-free shopping.

Airport Information - Departing

Dubai International Airport is the primary airport serving Dubai consisting of three passenger terminals. Reaching the airport is easy as it is connected to the Dubai metro network and also has bus connections. Alternatively, extensive short- and long-term parking can be found at the airport if you are driving your own vehicle. There is a huge selection of designer and retail shops as well as extensive duty-free shopping, while you can also find all kinds of restaurants, fast food chains and cafés if you need to rejuvenate with some refreshments. There are plenty of other luxuries provided to travelers at the airport such as free Wi-Fi access, rest zones with sleeping pods and many premium airport lounges.

What to Expect in Koh Samui
