Arriving In Lagos
Murtala Muhammed International Airport is the primary airport in Lagos located around 10 km outside of the city. The airport is home to two passenger terminals and provides all of the essential amenities you would expect such as cafes, fast food outlets and duty free shopping. Be advised that the two passenger terminals are several kilometers apart from one another so you will need to arrange for transportation if you have to transfer. If you plan to travel the country, renting a car in Lagos is an option.
If you are looking to catch flights from the UAE to Lagos it is possible to fly out of Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Those flying from Dubai can make the trip with Emirates, while passengers coming from Abu Dhabi can travel with Etihad Airways.

Lagos Travel Information
Most nationals including those from the UAE will have to obtain a visa first before being able to travel to Nigeria. In Lagos you can expect warm weather all year round, with the hottest period of the year falling between November and March when rainfall is also at a minimum. The wettest time of year is between April and October so you may want to avoid this period if you don’t like the rain.
