Airport Information - Departing
Dubai International Airport is the main airport in the UAE made up of three passenger terminals. Reaching the airport is conveniently possible on the Dubai metro network, or you can hop on a local bus instead. While you wait at the airport you can browse through an extensive range of luxury, duty-free and retail shops, while there are also plenty of restaurants and cafés for hungry travelers. The airport also offers complimentary Wi-Fi and is home to many luxurious airport lounges amongst other facilities like sleeping pods, spa centers and indoor gardens.
Al Maktoum International Airport is Dubai’s secondary airport offering everything you would need for a pleasant stay, although the airport has not yet been completed so currently offers just a fraction of the restaurants, shops and other luxuries that will be available in the future upon completion. If you don’t want to pay for a taxi to reach the airport, there are public bus services available from central Dubai.
