Once you have landed in Dubai you can conveniently hop on the Dubai Metro from Terminal 3 or Terminal 1 to journey into the center of the city, or you may opt to flag down a taxi to reach your destination directly. While you are at the airport you can browse through a huge range of shops including duty free stores, while there are also many different places to eat and drink to satisfy your appetite.

Airport Information - Departing

Hamburg Airport is the primary airport serving Hamburg consisting of two passenger terminals, the newest of which is Terminal 1 which was completed in 2005. The airport is also home to the Airport Plaza area offering a wide selection of shops, restaurants and cafes for you to enjoy while you wait for your flight, although each terminal also offers ample amenities if you would prefer to wait in your terminal. Getting to the airport from Hamburg is possible by public transport on the S-Bahn S1 line which only takes around 30 minutes, although ample parking can be found for those with their own vehicle.

In Dubai the weather is a lot hotter compared to what you are used to in Hamburg so be prepared for warm temperatures no matter what time of year you visit.
