Airport Information - Arriving
Dubai International Airport is the busiest airport in the UAE and is set across three passenger terminals. The airport is only 5 km away from central Dubai (around 35 km from Dubai Marina) and is linked to the city on the Dubai metro network and by public bus, although you can also find metered taxis alongside several car rental agencies at the airport. Everything you could possibly need can be found while you wait for your flight including a world-class range of designer and duty-free shops, many different restaurants and eateries and plenty more luxuries such as airport lounges, rest zones with sleeping pods and indoor gardens. The airport also provides passengers with complimentary Wi-Fi access and has computer kiosks if you don’t have an electronic device with you.
Airport Information - Departing
Cork Airport is located just 6 km away from Cork and is housed within a single passenger terminal. If you don’t plan on driving or taking a taxi to the airport, there are public buses available from central Cork to reach the airport. Although the airport is not particularly large, you will still find all of the essential amenities and services you would expect. There are a few different cafés and eateries for refreshments and meals, while the airport is also home to a selection of retail shops and duty-free shopping. You will also be able to benefit from complimentary Wi-Fi at the airport or use one of the computer kiosks to access the web.
What to Expect in Dubai
